Getting Started
Logging In
To access your Farnano dashboard:
- Visit the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click "Log In"
Connecting Facebook Business Page
To integrate your Facebook Business Page:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect Facebook Page"
- Log in to Facebook if prompted
- Select your business page from the list
- Grant necessary permissions
- Verify the connection status
Chatbot Management
Turning Chatbot On/Off
You can quickly enable or disable the chatbot using the toggle button in the header:
- Locate the toggle switch in the top navigation bar
- Click to toggle between active and inactive states
Settings Management
Chatbot Settings
Customize your chatbot behavior in Settings > Chatbot Settings:
- Adjust response times
- Configure automated messages
- Set business hours
- Customize chatbot personality
Changing Password
To change your password:
- Navigate to Settings > Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Account Deletion
To request account deletion:
- Go to Settings > Account Deletion
- Click "Request Account Deletion"
- Provide reason for deletion
- Submit request
- Wait for support team review
Note: Account deletion requires support team attention and review.
